PROPERTY LOCATION.
The house is nestled in the heart of Murcia, specifically in the Campo de Ricote region, within the territorial boundaries of Blanca, Ricote, Abarán, Mula, and Cieza. It sits at a crossroads, between mountain ranges and at the foot of the Rambla de Benito, which forms the Charrara stream before flowing into the Segura River.
